Order of precedence

For customers: a Mission Authorization controls for its own Mission, then the Customer Terms of Service, then the Cancellation, Refund & Recapture Policy, then the Privacy Policy. On the use of a Mission's imagery in Company's marketing, a Marketing Footage Release controls for its own Mission; a promotion's terms control for that promotion only. For pilots: Mission-specific terms control for that Mission, then the Pilot Independent Contractor Agreement, then the Pilot Deliverable & Conduct Standards and the Pilot Payout Policy. Informational materials summarize these documents. If an informational material differs from a governing document, the governing document controls.
