Imagery privacy request

If you own or rent a property shown in Send a Drone imagery, are a person shown in it, or act for someone who is, you can ask us to blur, restrict or delete it.

1. Tell us the property address (or where the image was taken) and your connection to it.
2. We email you a confirmation link. When you confirm, imagery from Send a Drone Missions at that address is withdrawn from customer galleries and downloads right away, before anyone reviews it.
3. We acknowledge your request within 3 business days and decide within 15 business days, and we tell you the outcome.

You can also email support@sendadrone.us with the subject line “Privacy”, or write to Send a Drone, LLC, 1590 E State Hwy 121, Building 3, Suite 100, Lewisville, TX 75056; we withdraw the imagery within 3 business days of receiving it. See the Privacy Policy, section 6.
