LAUNCH20 Promotion Terms

These terms apply when you use the promotion code LAUNCH20. They are in addition to the Customer Terms of Service, the Cancellation, Refund & Recapture Policy and the Privacy Policy. "Company," "Mission" and "Pilot" have the meanings in the Customer Terms of Service.

1. The offer

LAUNCH20 takes 20% off the price of one eligible Mission, up to a maximum of $50.00 off. Examples at current prices:

• a $199.00 Mission costs $159.20 ($39.80 off);
• a $249.00 Mission costs $199.20 ($49.80 off);
• a $349.00 CRE Site Package costs $299.00 ($50.00 off, the maximum);
• a Property Management Exterior order with one additional building ($278.00) costs $228.00 ($50.00 off, the maximum).

The discount applies to the whole order, including additional buildings. Before you pay, checkout shows the discount and the exact amount you will be charged.

2. Only three orders in total, one per customer

• Limited quantity. LAUNCH20 is available for the first three paid orders across all customers. When three orders have been paid with it, the promotion ends, even before the end date.
• One per customer. Each customer may use LAUNCH20 once. "Customer" means the business or person placing the order, including all of its accounts, employees and agents.
• Holding your place. When you place an eligible order with LAUNCH20, one of the three places is held for you for 30 minutes so that you can pay. If you do not pay within that time, the place is released. You may try again if a place is still available, and you see the price again before paying.
• Paid means the payment succeeded. A place counts as used when your payment succeeds. If the full amount you paid for that order is later refunded, its place becomes available again until the end date, and that order no longer counts as your one use. A partial refund does not return the place.

3. Dates

LAUNCH20 can be used from October 22, 2026 through 11:59 p.m. U.S. Central Time on November 4, 2026, or until three orders have been paid with it, whichever comes first. A place held before the end can still be paid during its 30 minutes.

If your address is outside current coverage and you submit a coverage request, the price is set when a Pilot holds your request and you pay. LAUNCH20 applies only if a place is still available, and the promotion has not ended, at that time.

4. Who can use it and what it applies to

You must:

• be signed in to a Send a Drone account. LAUNCH20 cannot be used on a guest order;
• order for a business or commercial documentation purpose, as every order already requires;
• order one of these services: Building / Sign Survey; Property Management Exterior (including additional buildings); Listing Aerials; Roof / Exterior Documentation; Construction Progress, single visit; CRE Site Package;
• answer "commercial property" for the property type in the Mission Authorization; and
• accept the separate Marketing Footage Release for the Mission (section 5).

LAUNCH20 does not apply to:

• the Construction Progress 4-Pack, which already has its own package price;
• Custom Missions, or any order priced by quote;
• residential property of any size, or sites answered as multiple parcels;
• recurring schedules; or
• any order paid by invoice or under another billing arrangement instead of at checkout.

5. The Marketing Footage Release is required

The discount is given in exchange for your permission, in the separate Marketing Footage Release, for Company to use the Mission's imagery in its own marketing. The release is optional. If you don't accept it, you can still place the same order at the full price. If you withdraw the release before delivery, or within 12 months after delivery, you agree to repay the discount, as the release explains. Company never charges that amount automatically.

6. No combining, no cash value

• Only one promotion code per order. LAUNCH20 cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, credit or package price.
• LAUNCH20 has no cash value. It cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash or credit, and it does not apply to orders placed before you used it.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, refunds and recaptures follow the Cancellation, Refund & Recapture Policy and are based on the amount you actually paid. For example, if you cancel a $159.20 order more than 24 hours before its scheduled window, $159.20 is refunded. If you cancel after the Pilot has started travel, the $75 trip charge is kept and $84.20 is refunded.

The discount does not change the service, the deliverables or how the Mission is performed.

8. Misuse; changes to the promotion

Company may refuse or withdraw LAUNCH20 for an order that does not meet these terms. This includes an order from a customer that has already used it, or an order whose property type or other information is untrue. If that happens before you pay, you see the full price and can choose not to order. If a discount was obtained by an untrue statement, Company may ask you to repay it, and section 17 of the Customer Terms of Service (suspension) applies.

Company may pause or end LAUNCH20 before its end date only if the law requires it, to correct a technical error, or to stop misuse. A place already paid for keeps its discount, and a place held for you when the promotion is paused can still be paid during its 30 minutes.

These terms are governed by Texas law as set out in section 18 of the Customer Terms of Service. If these terms and the Customer Terms of Service differ about this promotion, these terms control for the promotion only.
