Schedule B — Deliverables Standard (Summary)
Version 1.2 · Send a Drone, LLC
Reference summary. The Deliverables Standard as implemented in the platform is authoritative. Customer-facing contents appear in Customer Terms of Service section 8.2; pilot-facing specifications appear in the Pilot Deliverable & Conduct Standards sections 5 to 8.
What each service requires
Each Mission's required items are fixed at purchase from the paid scope and the consented Mission boundary. Nothing sent after purchase adds an item.
- Building / Sign Survey. Required: 12 stills. Critical items (each must be a usable file or an accepted N/A): Wide or context view, street approach, front elevation, wall signage (or N/A), monument or pylon sign (or N/A). Video: —.
- Property Management Exterior. Required: 12 stills, plus 6 per paid additional building. Critical items (each must be a usable file or an accepted N/A): The Building / Sign Survey critical items, plus each additional building's front elevation. Video: —.
- Listing Aerials. Required: 10 stills and 1 video. Critical items (each must be a usable file or an accepted N/A): 2 high context, 2 mid-oblique front, 2 street approach, the video. Video: Target 20–30 s (accepted 20–45 s).
- Roof / Exterior Documentation. Required: 16 stills. Critical items (each must be a usable file or an accepted N/A): The four roof-plane, grid or perimeter stills, front elevation. Video: —.
- Construction Progress (per visit). Required: 12 stills and 1 video. Critical items (each must be a usable file or an accepted N/A): 2 site overview, 2 workface or structure, the video. Video: Target 20–30 s (accepted 20–45 s).
- CRE Site Package. Required: 20 stills and 1 video. Critical items (each must be a usable file or an accepted N/A): 2 high site, 2 road frontage or access, one front elevation per principal building, the video. Video: Target 45–60 s (accepted 45–90 s).
Customer requests made at ordering are written instructions to the pilot, not extra contractual items. Interiors, twilight shots, RAW files and written narratives are not included. Items outside the Mission boundary are not required items.
File rules
- Stills: edited JPEG (exposure, white balance, cropping, straightening and lens correction only), 4000–6000 px on the long edge. Under 3000 px is refused; 3000–3999 px is accepted and flagged.
- Video: MP4, 1080p minimum, stabilized and silent. An audio track, a frame rate outside 24–30 fps, or HEVC encoding is flagged for the reviewer, never an automatic failure.
- No misleading edits: no sky replacement, object removal or cloning. Send a Drone applies privacy blurring; Listing Aerials always have faces and license plates blurred.
Unable to capture (N/A)
Allowed only if the item does not exist at the property, or cannot be captured safely or lawfully that day, with a one-line reason. "Forgot," "skipped," "ran out of time," pilot-caused equipment problems and poor images are refused. An N/A on a critical or disputed item counts only after Send a Drone accepts it. An access problem does not by itself make an item N/A.
Completion
A Mission is complete only when every critical item is a usable file or an accepted N/A; at least 75% of required items are accounted for; every file has been reviewed; and the pilot recorded the airworthiness determination. There is no admin override. A complete Mission earns the full fixed payout.
Recapture
A no-charge recapture applies when, because of pilot or Send a Drone error, a critical item is missing or unusable with no valid N/A, or fewer than 75% of items are accounted for on a reasonably flyable Mission. Customers may report problems within 5 business days of delivery. New angles, preferred lighting, foliage, conditions that weren't visible, unpurchased or unconsented buildings or parcels, privacy blurring, and a correct safety or legal stop are not recaptures. After a failed recapture, Send a Drone records one outcome: completion (only if the standard is now met), one final recapture, a partial refund under the stated formula, or a full refund.
Delivery
Approved files only, through a private gallery with a ZIP download and short-lived links, available for 90 days after delivery. Internal review notes are never shown to customers; accepted N/A items are shown with the deliverables.
